试了下，小灵通给固定电话可以发语音短信

很有意思。

把短信发给普通的固定电话，电话响玲后，接起来，电话里会自动把短信的内容给读出来。

不过，有时候似乎收不到。

And could the voice SMS be sent to other carrier? eg. from China Telecom user to China Netcom user.

Best solution: the receiver should get the right of access control on voice SMS. he could refuse all incoming V-SMS, or only allow some from certain sender, or set more accurate filter rules. Do you agree?
